I had an issue with my laptop where it was lagging and very slow. Due to my line of work I need this done ASAP. All other companies that I called wanted me to drop off and wait a week to upgrade my laptop or the other option was to buy a new PC.

Mark was able to fix my PC within 24 hours. Marked explained everything that he was doing to my computer step by step and he gave me a tutorial on the new things he added that would make me work efficiently.
